During load screens, to move the star icon on the bottom up, you must press A on JP and B on NA/PAL. NA instead has the original Project Heroes trailer. On Travis's TV, JP/PAL have the music video for Heavenly Star. The woman is still placed next to the entrance, despite the justification for her presence (being killed for the blood trail) being completely removed.
